The defending champion eliminated by the "Shuangman" combination will compete with the multinational combination of Japan and South Korea for the championship

WTT China Grand Slam held the women’s doubles semi-final on October 3rd. Top seed Kuaiman/Manyu Wang Lectra defending champion and No.4 seed Chen Xingtong/Qian Tianyi reached the final. In another competition, Wang Xiaotong/Xu Yi, the non-main players of table tennis, narrowly lost to the multinational combination of Japan and South Korea, which will compete with Shuangman for the championship.
Kuaiman/Manyu Wang fought hand in hand in the Grand Slam in China last year, but after the first round bye, the second round was lost to Qin Yuxuan/Zong Geman, a new young player in the national table tennis team. This year, they won the Grand Slam in Singapore and the World Table Tennis Championships in Doha, ranking first in the world.
However, after Chen Xingtong/Qian Tianyi’s second round of World Championships, they didn’t cooperate again. This time, the two joined hands again and successfully reached the top four. This is the first time that two strong teams from China have met in the international arena. In the first two games, the "Shuangman" team has obvious advantages, winning two games in a row with 11 to 6 and 11 to 7.
In the third game, the backward Chen Xingtong/Qian Tianyi stepped up the fight, and the two sides fought fiercely to 9 levels. After missing a match point, Kuaiman/Manyu Wang seized the opportunity by 12-10 and reached the final.
In another women’s doubles semi-final, Wang Xiaotong/Xu Yi, a wild card holder, narrowly lost by two points to the multinational combination of Japanese star Hayata Hina and South Korean player Zhu Qianxi, and missed meeting her teammates.
Wang Xiaotong/Xu Yi performed well in this competition, and the third seed Jin Naying/Liu Hanna was eliminated in the second round by 3-1. Hayata Hina/Zhu Qianxi scored extra points in the second round and narrowly beat No.2 seed Zhang Benmei and Oto Shayue.
In the semi-final, two pairs of players launched a fierce battle in five sets, with Wang Xiaotong/Xu Yi going down first with 11-9, and the Japanese-Korean team took the lead with 11-9 in two sets. Although the China team then dragged the game into the deciding game by 11-5, and once led by 7-4 in the deciding game, the multinational team with the better comprehensive ability scored 5 points in a row, and finally advanced to the final by 11-9, which will compete with Kuaiman/Manyu Wang for the championship.
